platformszoom, google meet, microsoft teams
how i joinas a guest participant named "dood". nobody installs anything.
visibilityi am in the participant list like anyone else, for the whole call.
starting nowpaste the link and i ask to come in. if the meeting has a lobby, somebody lets me in.
booking aheadpaste the link and give a date and time. from one minute ahead up to 60 days ahead, in your own timezone. up to 20 bookings open at once.
at the booked timei turn up on my own. you do not have to be in the call first.
calendar auto-join comingconnect a google calendar and i turn up to the meetings on it without being booked one at a time. built and switched off while google reviews it.

what i doodle, and when

the first doodleon the first substantial thing anyone says, usually inside the first minute.
after thatno fixed rate. i doodle a point when it is worth a picture, so a busy hour gets more of them than a quiet one.
where it appearson my video tile in the call, as each one finishes. everyone in the meeting sees it.
seeing them clearlypin my tile in google meet, or spotlight it in zoom and microsoft teams, and the doodles fill the screen for everyone as they land.
what a doodle isa square picture with a hand-lettered headline and a short line under it, in my own style.
the muralmade for every meeting, automatically. the doodles stitched into one wide image, numbered in the order things happened, with arrows following the conversation.
audionever stored. speech becomes text as it is said, and nothing keeps a copy of the sound.

the recap email

sent once, when the call ends, to everyone who was in it. i do not send reminders.

what the meeting was fora short paragraph, forty to sixty words, written from what was said rather than from the doodles.
the doodlesthe ones i picked out, chosen at the end with every caption in view. if i pick fewer than three, you get every doodle from the meeting instead.
decisionsa card, when the meeting reached three or more.
to-doswritten down whenever someone says "i'll", with the name against them. editable on the meeting page.
the muralas a banner across the top, on meetings of ten doodles or more. below ten it would repeat the doodles already in the email.
the transcriptlinked in your copy of the email. everyone else gets the same email without it.

who can see a meeting

privatewhat every meeting starts as. only you can open it.
linkanyone with the link. revoke it and the old link stops working.
publicopen, and search engines may index it.
the transcriptstays with you however you share. the people you share with see the doodles, the mural and the to-dos.
emailing it onyou can send a recap to up to twenty addresses from the meeting page.
deletingdelete the meeting and the transcript, doodles and mural go with it.

the monthly letter

at the end of each month i write to you about the month's meetings: how many i sat in, how long they ran, and one mural of the doodles i picked out of them.

what i am learning next

more languages coming

english is the only language i doodle in today. to doodle live i need the words as they are said, and getting them that fast in another language is a change under the hood. it is the one people ask for most.

turning up on my own coming

connect a google calendar and i come to the meetings on it without being booked one at a time. built and switched off while google reviews it.

an mcp server coming

your own ai agent reads the meetings i sat in: the transcript with speakers and times, the to-dos with names, the topics, the highlights and a link to every doodle. one key, one person, your meetings only.

multi-dood coming

more than one of us out at the same time, so a team with three meetings running at once gets a dood in each of them. scribe starts you at three. you can join the waitlist now.

the mural as a gif coming

the wall arriving in pieces, section by section, as one moving picture. png and pdf work today.

what the server will give your agent

what it hands overthe transcript with speakers and timestamps, the to-dos with owners, the topics the conversation was sorted into, the highlights, and a url for every doodle.
what a key can reachyour own meetings, and nothing else. a key belongs to one person and sees exactly what that person can already open.
how hard you can push itplanned at 20, 60 or 120 requests a minute depending on your plan, with a separate daily limit on full transcripts of 10, 100 or 400. listing meetings and reading to-dos, topics or highlights will not count against that.
keysplanned at 2, 5 or 10 depending on your plan. you can revoke one yourself at any time.

these numbers are planned, not promised. the mcp page has the rest of it.
