terms

the deal between you and dood. short where it can be, clear where it has to be.

effective 2 october 2026. by signing in to meetdood.ai or inviting dood to a call, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.

who you are dealing with

Doodldroppr is made by Chrissy Lim in Singapore. "we" and "us" means Doodldroppr. "dood" is the bot. "you" is the person with the account. if you are using dood for a company, you confirm you are allowed to agree to these terms for it.

what dood does

dood joins a video call you invite him to, listens, and doodles the conversation live. afterwards he puts the doodles into a mural and emails it. he can also read a Google calendar you connect so he turns up on his own. he does his best. he is a cartoon, not a court reporter.

what you promise

whose stuff is whose

ai, honestly

dood uses AI to read the transcript and doodle. AI gets things wrong. a doodle may miss a point, misread a joke, doodle the wrong person holding the wrong thing, or mangle a name. murals are a memory aid, not a record. check anything that matters against the people who were there. we do not promise accuracy, completeness, or that dood will find your meeting as interesting as you did.

availability

dood is new and runs on other people's services (calls, transcription, image models). sometimes one of them has a bad day and dood runs out of ink, arrives late, or does not arrive. we will tell you when that happens, and if a paid meeting is lost because of us we will put hours or nibs back. we do not promise uptime and there is no service-level agreement on these plans.

ending things

liability

to the extent the law allows: dood is provided as is. we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or what anyone does with a mural. our total liability to you for anything arising from dood is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing. nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

law and disputes

these terms are governed by the law of Singapore. if we have a disagreement, email us first and give us 30 days to sort it out. if that fails, the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, unless consumer law where you live gives you the right to go to your local court, in which case it does.

changes

we may update these terms. if a change matters, we email you at least 14 days before it takes effect. if you keep using dood after that, you accept it. if you do not, close your account and we refund any unused prepaid period.
